The Notre Dame Deloitte Center for Ethical Leadership partners with stakeholders from industry, academia, and communities to support the Mendoza College of Business imperative to “Grow the Good in Business.” Our mission is to inform, equip and inspire values-based leaders.
Led by Faculty Director Jessica McManus Warnell, Teaching Professor in the department of Management and Organization, the NDDCEL is served by a dedicated staff including Program Manager Lindsay Paturalski and an active Advisory Board whose energy and ideas help to drive our work. Our Faculty Fellows share their mission-aligned expertise in supporting inclusive, sustainable, ethical business leadership. The NDDCEL supports two Deloitte Doctoral Scholars pursuing their degrees in the inaugural Mendoza College of Business PhD program.
Our purpose is to promote ethical leadership in business by making cutting-edge research accessible and actionable for the business community and preparing the next generation of business leaders for the real-world issues they will encounter.
